RCA 1.2.2

Made some very needed changes including the following:

• Default Controls
• Level Select appearing after a loss and not just a win

As well as some general fixes:

• The 5th level of the tutorial now says the interact key set by the player instead of always saying "F"
• The popup text now has a background
• Dialogue after picking up the rune now appears only after pressing Yes
